Founder's Edition Advance Order & Refund Policy

The Diamond Chill Founder's Edition is a limited advance-order release of 200 individually numbered devices. Estimated delivery is 3–6 months from the date of purchase. This is an estimated delivery window, not a guaranteed shipping date.

Payment Options

Customers may purchase their Founder's Edition for $749 paid in full or reserve one with a $299 initial payment and a remaining $500 balance due before shipment, for a total of $799. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be disclosed at checkout.

Cancellations Before Production Commitment

Customers may cancel their reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid before their order enters committed production. We will notify customers by email before their order reaches this milestone, including the effective date and instructions for requesting cancellation.

After Production Commitment

Once an order enters committed production, voluntary cancellation requests will be reviewed individually and may be subject to documented, nonrecoverable production costs, where permitted by applicable law. Any applicable cancellation charges will be disclosed before the customer becomes bound by them.

Production Delays

If we cannot ship within the stated delivery window, we will notify the customer of the revised estimated shipping date and provide the opportunity to consent to the delay or cancel for a full refund, as required by applicable law.

Product Availability and Changes

If we are unable to fulfill an order, the customer will receive a full refund. If the final product materially differs from the description provided at purchase, customers will retain their applicable cancellation, refund, and consumer protection rights.

Remaining Balance

For customers choosing the deposit option, the remaining $500 will be requested before shipment. We will provide advance notice and obtain any required payment authorization. We will not automatically charge the balance without appropriate authorization.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method promptly and within applicable legal deadlines.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights customers have under applicable consumer protection laws.
