Pricing Policy

Dynamic pricing.
We use dynamic pricing across our site. Prices and discounts may change at any time and may vary by product, collection, or channel—at our sole discretion.

How we calculate discounts. Unless we state otherwise, promotions, percentages-off, and markdowns are applied to our Full Retail Value (FRV)—Elysium’s current assessment of a product’s value based on material, craft, and market factors—not necessarily a prior selling price.

“Compare At” & reference prices.
Any “Compare At,” “Was,” or struck-through prices reflect our FRV or a prior offered price, as noted. Because pricing is dynamic, those references may not have been in effect for all customers or at all times.

Ready to Ship (online-exclusive) pricing. Our Ready to Ship collection features exclusive online pricing available only at elysiumblack.com. These prices are not available to or through wholesale or retail partners and are not eligible for price matching against any wholesale or retail partners.

Offer stacking. One promotion per order unless an offer explicitly says it can be combined.

Exclusions. Unless specified, promotions exclude: bespoke or fully custom pieces, collaboration/limited editions, services (resizing, expedited production), warranties/coverage, gift cards, taxes, duties, and shipping.

Price adjustments. If the price of an item you purchased on elysiumblack.com is lowered within 7 days of your order, contact us and we’ll honor a one-time price adjustment in the original form of payment. Adjustments do not apply to third-party sellers, flash sales under 24 hours, or out-of-stock items.

No price matching. We don’t price match other retailers, marketplaces, or historical prices.

Errors & availability. We reserve the right to cancel or correct orders for typographical, photographic, or system errors, or for items listed with incorrect pricing or availability.

Geography & currency. Prices may differ by region due to currency, duties, taxes, logistics, and market conditions. Amounts shown at checkout reflect your delivery address.

Effective date & changes. This policy is effective December 1, 2025, and may be updated without notice. The version posted at checkout applies to your purchase.
